Gardening at Parklands Nursery

The Beavers were very pleased to be hosted once again by Parklands Nursery to work towards their Gardener Badges. The first part of the session involved a talk from Alison (the Nursery manager), regarding tools, safety and plants in general. The Beavers then turned their hands towards improving the beds around the Nursery by weeding and planting new flowers – please do go and take a look. Alison was most kind in rewarding the hard work of the Beavers with pizzas.
