Group Camp – Jun 2018

I am really excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for all our young people in the Group to join together for a camp at Downe Activity Centre over the weekend 22 – 24 June.  Beavers will occupy indoor accommodation for one night but everyone else will be camping for two – fingers crossed for dry weather!  The Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Explorers will each have their own fun and exciting schedule for the camp plus opportunities to mix with the other age groups.  This will help those moving up over the summer as they will be more familiar with both leaders and youngsters in their new section.

On Sunday 24 June all parents and friends of the Group are invited to join us for our AGM, to see the youngsters perform or report on the year.  We will also cover the more formal business of the AGM but as always keep this as short as possible.

After the AGM there will be a buffet lunch for everyone before the camp finally ends
