Mindfulness Walk at Sparrows Den

This week our Beavers took part in a Mindfulness Walk around Sparrows Den led by former Beaver leader and Mindfulness Coach Bev.

The Beavers used all their senses to connect with nature in different ways, such as exploring different types of bark and listening to the various sounds of the woodland.
