St Georges Day 2024 – Muddy Fun Had By All

This year, 24 Beavers, Cubs, and Scouts eagerly gathered for a muddy St. George’s Activity Day, celebrating the patron saint in true scouting adventurous style. The event was a whirlwind of excitement and camaraderie as the young participants, embraced the wet and wild conditions with enthusiasm. They navigated through challenging obstacle courses, engaged in teamwork-building exercises, and enjoyed a range of over 45 outdoor activities, all while getting delightfully covered in mud. The spirit of St. George was alive in their laughter and determination, as they forged new friendships and strengthened old ones amidst the muck and mire. It was a day of fun, resilience, and a shared love for adventure, leaving everyone eagerly anticipating next year’s festivities.
